Life begins at rape, just ask the Republicans
I've been doing a lot of political stuff over at SpiderFarmer.com, but everyone needs to know about this insanity from the freak who is one ancient, cancer-ridden, heartbeat away from the nuclear codes:

Can you imagine having to pay for the CSI (crime scene investigation-fingerprinting, photography, etc) if your home was robbed? What if a bill came for the breathalyzer tests if you’d been hit by a drunk driver? When Sarah Palin was mayor, the city of Wasilla had the most egregious policy against victims of rape in the state of Alaska, possibly the entire country. The rape kit, a set of items used by medical personnel for gathering and preserving physical evidence following a sexual assault, was charged to the victim.

Especially since John's form of skin cancer only gives him a 50% shot of living for 4 more years. President Palin? Lord help us all.

Ahh, there's more. You know the dude that Palin fired sparking the whole Troopergate thing? (The investigation that Alaska state employees are obstructing justice in?) A couple of weeks before he was fired, he wanted to go to DC to put in Alaska's request for additional federal monies for investigating/clearing sexual crimes. He was told that no, he couldn't, it would potentially skew some negotiations with Ted Stevens. You know, the one under indictment. This woman just doesn't care about the victims of sexual assault nearly as much as she cares about her own ambition.

And she cut funding for the pregnant teen home. And used half a million dollars in public money to promote killing wolves. She's horrible.

And stood behind a referendum (a powerless one, at that) about the matter of providing benefits to same-sex partners of state employees that cost more than $1.3 million. The cost of providing the benefits was less than $400,000.
